Frequently Asked Questions

Has your Order Processed for Shipment? 

Orders typically ship out within the allotted processing time based on the shipping method chosen (this does not include weekends or holidays). Once the processing time-frame is complete, you will be receiving your shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your tracking information to update on the carrier’s site once received.

If the applicable processing time has passed for the shipping method you chose for your order, please contact us HERE so that we can look into this for you! 

Has My Order Shipped Already? 

Please double check the shipping option you selected, cut off times for ordering and the estimated delivery date we said it would be delivered by. 

With your Email Address and Order Number, you can track your order HERE!

We also recommend that you log into your account where you can view and track orders from your account HERE!

Regrettably, orders that have already been placed cannot be changed and discounts cannot be added after a purchase has finalized.

We want to make this right for you so please contact us HERE so that we can assist you. Please be sure to provide us with the following information: 

  • Provide the order number associated with the item(s) in question
  • Provide clear photo(s) of the damaged/defective item(s)
  • A detailed description of the issue with the item(s)

You will need to report your faulty or damaged item(s) received within 7 days of your package delivery date.

Does D’Sauce Apparels offer Refunds?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:

  • Is canceled
  • One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
  • You received a damaged, defective or incorrect item

Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be refunded back to your E-Gift Card. Please reuse the E-Gift Card on your next purchase.

 

I want to return items from my order, can I get a refund?

Most refunds are issued in the form of an E-Gift Card (or store credit) to be used on future purchases. E-Gift Cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!

 

I received a partial refund after placing my order, what is this for?

One or more of your items may have sold out since your order was processed.

 

What if I used a Gift Card to pay for all or part of my order and there were Out of Stock item(s)?

The amount used from the E-Gift Card to pay all or part of your cancelled order will go back to the E-Gift Card that was used and can be used on your next purchase.
